Reports: a starting guide for owners

Written by Victor Fteha

Reports is where Admin and Super Admin users get the bird's-eye view of every deal in the workspace: a daily email report, full data exports, and lead source tracking. This guide maps each common owner question to the right workflow and links to the step-by-step guides.

Who can open Reports

Reports lives in the left sidebar. Access depends on your workspace role:

Role

What they can see

Admin / Super Admin

Full access to Reports, bulk exports, and all deal data

Manager

Own deals plus deals where a managed rep is the Originator. Cannot open the Reports section.

Rep

Only deals where they are the Originator or Closer. Cannot open the Reports section.

Managers and Reps who try to open Reports see an only visible to admins message. They still get deal updates through the daily report email and can run filtered exports from the Deals and Offers tables. For the full breakdown, see Why can't I see reports or export data?

If you are an admin and every report shows zero values, check that your payments permissions are turned on. The fix is in the same article.

What happened in the last 24 hours?

The daily report email covers every deal that was created, submitted, approved, or funded in the last 24 hours. It is sent automatically at 6 AM every morning.

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner.

  2. Select View Profile.

  3. Go to the Reports section.

  4. Check the box to enable daily reports.

Deals funded more than 24 hours ago do not appear in that morning's email. For the full steps, see How to Get Daily Reports.

How do I export my data?

Two export paths cover most needs:

  • Export All Deals and Owners, for Admin and Super Admin: every deal in the workspace regardless of status, with full owner details, in one CSV. Go to Reports in the left sidebar, click the Export tab, and choose Export All Deals and Owners. The file is built in the background and shows Export Complete when it is ready to download. See How to Export All Deals and Owners.

  • Table exports, for all roles: the Export button on the Deals or Offers tables includes only the deals your role can see, narrowed by your active filters. The Offers export includes offer details but no contact details, so match records between the two files using the Deal ID column.

The bulk export contains sensitive owner data, including SSNs, dates of birth, and residential addresses. Handle the file securely and do not share it over unencrypted channels.

Standard exports do not include payment or commission data.

How are my reps performing?

Open the Payments page and filter by date range or originator to review commissions per rep. For the full breakdown, see How to get a breakdown of Total Payments to the company?

Where do my deals come from?

Lead sources and batches track where your deals come from. When you import deals by CSV, you pick the lead source in the importer's Options step, and the import is tracked as a batch with lead counts and dates. See Keeping track of Lead Sources and Batches and Import Deals with Lead Source Attribution.

A report or filter shows the wrong deals

Daily reports cover a fixed 24-hour window, and table exports include only records that match your active filters. Bulk exports run in the background and are ready only after the status shows Export Complete. If results still look wrong, match your symptom in Why do my reports or filters show the wrong deals?
