MCA Pilot offers two ways to export deal data: a comprehensive bulk export from Reports that includes all deals and owners, and table-specific exports for filtered views. This guide covers both methods.

Export All Deals and Owners (Bulk Export)

Use this when you need all deals with complete owner details in a single CSV file.

  1. Go to Reports from the left sidebar.

  2. Click the Export tab.

  3. Click "Export All Deals and Owners" on the right side.

Export All Deals and Owners button in the Reports Export tab

The export runs in the background with live status updates: "Getting Deals…", "Getting Owners…", "Merging Deals and Owners…", "Uploading File…", and finally "Export Complete" with the total deal count. Once complete, click the download link.

This export includes all deals in your workspace, regardless of status. It may take a moment depending on how many deals you have.

What's Included in the Bulk Export

Each row represents one deal. The CSV contains 62 columns:

Deal Information (22 columns):

  • Deal ID, UUID, Company Name, DBA, EIN

  • Business Email, Business Phone, Website

  • Annual Revenue, Amount Requested

  • Deal Status (Clean File, Submitted, Approved, Funded, Declined, etc.)

  • Created At (date)

  • Business Address (Street, City, State, Postal Code)

  • Deal FICO Score

  • Purpose of Funds

  • Created By, Primary Originator

  • Legal Structure (LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, etc.)

  • State Incorporated

Owner Information (40 columns for up to 5 owners):

For each owner (up to 5 per deal):

  • Owner Name (first and last)

  • Owner Email, Phone

  • Owner SSN, Date of Birth

  • Ownership Percentage

  • Owner Residential Address (full street, city, state, zip)

  • Owner FICO Score

If a deal has fewer than 5 owners, the remaining owner columns will be blank.

The export contains sensitive data including SSNs, dates of birth, and residential addresses. Handle the file securely and do not share it over unencrypted channels.

The file downloads as deals_export_YYYY-MM-DD.csv and can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.

Export from Deals or Offers Tables (Filtered Exports)

Use table exports when you need filtered data or when you need to merge deals with offers or other tables.

Export from the Deals Table

  1. Go to Deals in your dashboard.

  2. Apply any filters you need (status, date range, deal name, etc.).

  3. Click the Export button in the toolbar.

The Deals export includes company name, owner name, phone, email, and other deal details. All columns are exported automatically based on your current filters.

Export from the Offers Table

  1. Go to the Offers tab.

  2. Apply any filters (date range, deal name, etc.).

  3. Click the Export button.

The Offers table export includes offer-specific data (rate, term, funding amount, Deal ID) but does not include contact details. Use the Deal ID to match records between exports.

Merging Deals and Offers Data

If you need both contact information and offer details, export both tables and merge them in Excel or Google Sheets:

  1. Export the Deals table (contains contact info).

  2. Export the Offers table (contains offer details).

  3. In your spreadsheet tool, perform a left join using the Deal ID column:

    • The id column in the Deals export matches the Deal ID column in the Offers export.

In Google Sheets, use VLOOKUP or the JOIN function. In Excel, use VLOOKUP or Power Query. Match the Deal ID from Offers to the id column in Deals to bring contact information into your offers data.

Troubleshooting

If a bulk export status shows "Errored," try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
