Why can't I see reports or export data?

Report access and exports depend on your role and permissions. Admin and Super Admin users can open the Reports section and run workspace-wide exports. Managers and Reps see an only visible to admins message and should use daily reports or table exports instead. If you are an admin and see zero values, check that your payments permissions are turned on.

Role and permission overview

Your workspace role controls which reports and exports you can open:

  • Admin / Super Admin — full access to Reports, bulk exports, and all deal data.

  • Manager — sees own deals plus deals where a managed rep is the Originator. Cannot open the Reports section in the sidebar.

  • Rep — sees only deals where they are the Originator or Closer. Cannot open the Reports section in the sidebar.

Common issues

I see only visible to admins when I try to open Reports

Cause: The Reports section is only available to Admin and Super Admin users. Managers and Reps do not have access.

Fix: Ask your workspace admin to change your role to Admin, or use the daily report email instead. To enable the daily report, click your profile icon (bottom left), choose View Profile, go to the Reports section, and check the box to enable daily reports. The email is sent automatically at 6 AM and covers deals created, submitted, approved, or funded in the last 24 hours.

I'm an admin but my Reports page shows zero values

Cause: Admin status does not automatically grant Payments page and Payments table permissions. If those are disabled, report data that depends on payments will show zeros.

Fix: Go to Settings > Workspace, open the user in the Team Members table, click Edit, expand Permissions, and check both Can access payments page and Can access payments table.

I need a full commissions or payments export

Cause: The standard bulk export and table exports do not include payment or commission data.

Fix: Open the Payments page and filter by date range or originator to view commissions. If you need a file export of payment data, contact support.

I want to export all deals and owners

Fix: Go to Reports in the left sidebar, click the Export tab, and choose Export All Deals and Owners. This includes all deals in the workspace regardless of status. For filtered exports, use the Export button on the Deals or Offers tables.
