When you upload bank statements directly to a deal in MCA Pilot and the upload seems stuck or the files never appear, use these steps to recover.
Upload keeps spinning or buffering
When a bank statement upload appears frozen, the file is likely still transferring. Do not interrupt it.
Wait for the spinning animation to finish before adding another file
Do not reload the page while the upload is in progress
Once the upload finishes, confirm the Edit button shows Done before submitting the deal
Files don't appear after upload
If the upload seemed to complete but the files are missing from the Bank Statements field, the PDFs may be corrupted or unreadable.
Check if Compress Statements in the Underwrite tab shows an errored status
Remove the problematic files from the deal
Re-upload clean, non-corrupted PDFs
