All texting in MCA Pilot goes through a connected SMS account. This page is the complete, up-to-date list of the SMS providers MCA Pilot supports and what you need to connect each one.

Every provider is connected the same way: go to Settings > Senders, click + New SMS Account in the SMS Accounts table, select your provider from the dropdown, and enter its credentials.

Where SMS Is Used in MCA Pilot

Once an SMS account is connected, texting is available across the platform:

The same message variables work in SMS as in emails — see Variables for Follow Ups & Request Info.

Multiple Accounts and Per-Rep Sending

  • You can connect more than one SMS account — even accounts from different providers — and assign different users to each.

  • Each rep's texts can send from their own account, so merchant conversations are attributed to the rep who owns the deal. (For Entrance, see the per-rep section of the Entrance setup guide.)
