Variables for Follow Ups & Request Info

Wondering what variables you can use in automated email/SMS follow ups and Request Info emails? We've thought of everything so you can craft the perfect message.

You can use the following placeholder variables to personalize your automated follow up messages.

The same variables work in Request Info email templates. Variables like {first_owner_first_name} and {company_name} get filled in automatically when the email is sent.

Important:


All variables must be enclosed in single curly brackets. For example, to reference the business_name you must type {business_name}.

These will be replaced with the deal's information in the email subject line, email body, and SMS message.

{auto_upload_url}

Secure URL for merchant to upload documents. Files are automatically categorized and routed to the correct field (Bank Statements, DL/VC, Closing Docs, or Other Docs) based on their content.

{statements_upload_url}

Secure URL for merchant to upload bank statements. Files go directly to the deal's Bank Statements field.

{dlvc_upload_url}

Secure URL for merchant to upload driver's license and voided check. Files go directly to the deal's DL/VC field.

{closing_docs_upload_url}

Secure URL for merchant to upload closing documents (AR reports, tax returns, lease, etc.). Files go directly to the deal's Closing Docs field.

{other_docs_upload_url}

Secure URL for merchant to upload any documents. Files go directly to the deal's Other Docs field.

Note: The variable {missing_docs_upload_url} has been renamed to {other_docs_upload_url} for clarity. The old name still works in existing templates β€” no action needed β€” but new templates should use {other_docs_upload_url}.

Formatting for offers via email:

Offer 1:
- Funding Amount: $50,000
- Term Length: 24 months
- Payment: $2,200.00 monthly

- Funding Amount: $75,000
- Term Length: 36 months
- Payment: $2,083.33 monthly

Formatting for offers via SMS:

Offer 1: $50,000, 12 months, $5,200 weekly

Offer 2: $75,000, 18 months, $6,800 bi-weekly
