You can use the following placeholder variables to personalize your automated follow up messages.
The same variables work in Request Info email templates. Variables like {first_owner_first_name} and {company_name} get filled in automatically when the email is sent.
Important:
All variables must be enclosed in single curly brackets. For example, to reference the business_name you must type {business_name}.
These will be replaced with the deal's information in the email subject line, email body, and SMS message.

Note: The variable {missing_docs_upload_url} has been renamed to {other_docs_upload_url} for clarity. The old name still works in existing templates — no action needed — but new templates should use {other_docs_upload_url}.
