When you submit to Fundomate via API, MCA Pilot automatically submits the deal info and owner information, uploads the signed application and bank statements, and brings the response straight into the deal.
For the standard API setup flow shared by all funder integrations, see Set up a funder API integration. This article covers Fundomate-specific details.
Note that Offers are not auto-created. The Fundomate API confirms your submission is received but does not return status updates or offer details, so Fundomate will follow up with your rep directly on the outcome.
Before you begin
Contact Vitalii Kharytonov at [email protected] to request API credentials and development access.
Click here to email the Fundomate team to request API credentials.
Connect the API in Development
In MCA Pilot, go to the Funders page and create or click into Fundomate.
Open the Submission Method tab and click Edit in the top right.
Choose API Integration as the Submission Method.
Select Fundomate for API Funder and Development for API Environment.
In the API Key field, enter your Client ID and Client Secret separated by a comma, for example:

Test the integration
Submit a test deal that includes all required info and documents.
Confirm the deal submitted successfully and copy the Response. Fundomate is submit-only, so there is no live status to check. The Response confirms Fundomate received the deal, and the same test submission lands on Fundomate's side for them to verify.
Email the Response to Vitalii Kharytonov at [email protected] and ask to move to production.
Switch to production
Wait for Fundomate to verify your test submission and send your production credentials.
Return to the Fundomate funder page, open Submission Method, and click Edit.
Replace the API Key with your production credentials.
Change API Environment to Production and save.
