When you submit to Fintegra via API, MCA Pilot automatically submits the deal info and business owners, uploads the signed application and bank statements, checks the submission status in real time, and brings the response straight into the deal. Note that Offers are not auto-created, because the Fintegra API only returns a status without offer details.
For the standard API setup flow shared by all funder integrations, see Set up a funder API integration. This article covers Fintegra-specific details.
Before you begin
Reach out to your Fintegra partner or API contact to request API credentials and access to the testing environment. Important: tell them the email address your submissions will come from. Fintegra only accepts submissions from email addresses registered on their platform, and MCA Pilot sends the deal's originator email with every submission — so that originator email must be registered with Fintegra, or your submissions will be rejected.
Connect the API in Development
In MCA Pilot, go to the Funders page and create or click into Fintegra.
Open the Submission Method tab and click Edit in the top right.
Choose API Integration as the Submission Method.
Select Fintegra for API Funder and Development for API Environment.
When you receive your API key, paste it into the API Key field.
Test the integration
Submit a test deal that includes all required info and documents.
The submission status updates automatically as Fintegra reviews the application.
Once you see a successful response, hover over the submission and copy the Response.
Email the Response to your Fintegra contact and ask to move to production.
Switch to production
Wait for Fintegra to send your production credentials.
Return to the Fintegra funder page, open Submission Method, and click Edit.
Replace the API Key with your production credentials.
Change API Environment to Production and save.
Required fields
Business Info:
Legal business name
Business address (street, city, state, zip)
EIN / Tax ID
Owner Info (primary owner required; up to 3 owners):
Full name
Social Security Number
Date of birth
Ownership percentage
Residential address (street, city, state, zip)
Documents:
Signed application
Bank statements
MCA Pilot automatically includes your company (ISO) name, broker name, and the deal originator's email from your workspace.
Submission status mapping
Fintegra statuses are automatically mapped to MCA Pilot statuses:
Fintegra Status | MCA Pilot Status |
New Submission, Received, Work In Process, Underwriting, Clarification Received, Processed | Sent |
Awaiting Clarification | Pending |
Rejected (and its variants), Cancelled, Disregarded Email | Declined |
Important notes
Your submitting email must be registered with Fintegra. MCA Pilot sends the deal originator's email on every submission; Fintegra rejects (or disregards) submissions from an unregistered email. If a deal comes back Declined as "Disregarded Email," confirm the originator's email is registered with Fintegra.
Offers are not auto-created — Fintegra's API returns a status only, without offer details.
Up to 3 business owners can be submitted; the primary owner's full details are required, and every owner's residential address must include city, state, and ZIP.
Troubleshooting
If a submission errors, hover over the submission and click View error to see the exact message. Fix the missing or invalid fields on the deal and resubmit.
