When accessing your Stripe Customer Portal to manage your subscription, you must use your billing email—the email address you used when you first signed up for MCA Pilot.
Accessing the Customer Portal
To manage your subscription (add or remove seats, update payment methods, view invoices):
Navigate to Settings in MCA Pilot
Click the green Manage Subscription button
Enter your billing email when prompted
Verify with the code sent to that email
If you don't receive a verification code, you likely entered the wrong email. Make sure you're using your billing email, not your login email or another address.

If you're unsure which email is registered as your billing email, reach out to our support team and we'll confirm it for you.
Need to change your billing email?
Contact our support team to update the billing email on file. You cannot change this yourself through the Customer Portal.
