How to integrate your application form with MCA Pilot

MCA Pilot can automatically create deals when merchants submit your application form. We build custom integrations with form platforms like Jotform, DocuSeal, Fillout, and others—so you spend less time on data entry and more time closing deals.

Most customers set up this integration during onboarding. If you haven't done this yet, reach out to support and we'll walk you through it.

How it works

When a merchant fills out your application form, the form platform sends the data to MCA Pilot via webhook. We map the form fields to deal fields, create the deal, assign it to the right rep, and run AI underwriting automatically.

The integration handles:

  • Deal creation with all merchant details

  • File uploads (bank statements, tax returns, voided checks)

  • Automatic rep assignment based on form ID

  • AI underwriting and document verification

Supported platforms

We've built integrations with:

  • Jotform – Most common. See setup guide

  • DocuSeal – For applications with e-signature

  • Fillout – Forms and much more

  • Custom forms – If you have a developer, we can integrate any form that supports webhooks

If you're using a different form platform, let us know—we can likely integrate it.

CRM integrations (GoHighLevel, etc.)

Some customers don't use application forms. Instead, they collect lead data in a CRM like GoHighLevel, then push deals to MCA Pilot with a button or tag.

We build custom tag-based integrations where applying a tag to a contact automatically creates the deal in MCA Pilot with all contact info and files.

Setup process

Here's what to expect when setting up a form integration:

  1. You create or share your form – We need to see the form fields to map them correctly. Share the form link or builder access.

  2. We generate a webhook URL – This is a unique URL that receives form submissions. You'll add it to your form platform's webhook settings.

  3. We map the fields – We match your form fields (business name, monthly revenue, etc.) to MCA Pilot deal fields.

  4. You test the integration – Submit a test application. We verify the deal appears correctly in MCA Pilot.

  5. We assign form IDs to reps – Each rep gets a unique form. When a merchant submits that rep's form, the deal is auto-assigned to them.

Once integrated, you can clone your form for new reps and add the new form ID to their profile. Deals will auto-assign without needing us to rebuild the integration.

Adding forms for new reps

After your initial integration is set up, you can add new reps' forms yourself:

  1. Clone the existing form in your form platform

  2. Copy the webhook URL from the original form

  3. Add the webhook to the new form

  4. Get the new form ID and add it to the rep's profile in MCA Pilot (Settings → Workspace → Rep → Edit → Unique App ID)

Jotform API Key (One-Time Setup)

If you haven't already, you'll need to provide your Jotform API key to MCA Pilot support so we can download file attachments like bank statements from form submissions.

To get your API key:

  1. Log in to Jotform and click your profile icon in the top right

  2. Select My Account

  3. Navigate to API in the left sidebar (or visit jotform.com/myaccount/api)

  4. Click Create New Key on the right side

  5. Enter a label like "MCA Pilot Integration"

  6. Click the dropdown arrow in the Permissions column and select Full Access

  7. Copy the generated API key and send it to support via chat or email

Select Read Access permissions. MCA Pilot only needs to view, not edit.

You only need to do this once. After support configures your API key, all new Jotform submissions will include their file attachments when deals are created.

Webhook URL format (technical)

All MCA Pilot webhook URLs follow this format:

https://webhook.mcapilot.com/nln4oez113cp7t/{GUID}

The GUID is a unique identifier for your integration. We provide this URL—you just paste it into your form platform's webhook settings.

If you have an older integration using https://n8n.mcapilot.com/webhook/, you need to update to the new Hookdeck format. See migration guide
