If you have a custom application form integration (Jotform, DocuSeal, GoHighLevel, etc.), you need to update your webhook URL to use our new Hookdeck proxy. This ensures reliable delivery and gives us better visibility into webhook processing.

What's changing
Webhooks now route through Hookdeck instead of hitting n8n directly. Your unique GUID stays the same—you're just swapping the base URL.
How to convert your URL
Old format: https://n8n.mcapilot.com/webhook/{GUID}
New format: https://webhook.mcapilot.com/nln4oez113cp7t/{GUID}
Steps:
Copy your existing webhook URL from your form platform (Jotform, DocuSeal, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Find the GUID—the long string of letters and numbers at the end (e.g.,
0d07d70a-5467-4de7-b34c-a3019c4f4908)Replace
https://n8n.mcapilot.com/webhook/withhttps://webhook.mcapilot.com/nln4oez113cp7t/Keep the GUID at the end

The Hookdeck base URL (https://webhook.mcapilot.com/nln4oez113cp7t/) is the same for everyone. Only the GUID at the end is unique to your integration.
Where to update
Update the webhook URL in your form platform's settings:
Jotform: Edit Form → Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
DocuSeal: Settings → API → Webhooks
GoHighLevel: Automation → Webhooks
Other platforms: Check your platform's webhook or integration settings
Your old n8n URL will stop working soon. Update as soon as possible to avoid missing new deal submissions.
