Assuming you already have a Jotform form integrated with MCA Pilot, the best way to do this would be to clone that original form for the new rep.
This way, the new rep's form will have the same field names - so our existing integration will work for this new rep's form as well.
If you cloned your original form, then here are the instructions to integrate the new rep's form:
Step 1: Get Webhook URL
In Jotform > on the original form, click “Edit Form” > switch from Build to Settings tab > click Integrations > search “Webhooks” > copy the Webhook URL that you see there (it will typically begin with https://n8n.fundmore.io/webhook).
Step 2: Add Webhook to New Form
In Jotform > on the new form, click “Edit Form” > switch from Build to Settings tab > click Integrations > search “Webhooks” > remove the http:// from the URL bar > paste the Webhook URL that you just copied. Then save and click "Finish."
Step 3: Add Form ID to New Rep
In Jotform > on the new form, click “Edit Form” > switch from Build to Publish tab > click the green "Copy Link" button.
For example, the link should be something like https://form.jotform.com/789234567812345. Copy the numbers at the end of the link (after the slash symbol) to get the Form ID. In this example, the Form ID is 789234567812345.
Then in MCA Pilot > go to Settings > Workspace > click into the new rep > click the "Edit" button in top right corner > paste the Form ID in the "Unique App ID" field > click the "Done" button in top right corner.
Conclusion
Once you follow these 3 steps, then you're good to go. Whenever a merchant fills out this new rep's form, the deal will be created in MCA Pilot and assigned to this rep.
