New API Integrations
Headway Capital API
Submit deals directly to Headway Capital without leaving MCA Pilot. We'll automatically submit the deal info, upload your documents, and bring back the response—including offers and declines—right into your Submissions tab.
Channel Partners Capital API
Our newest funder integration lets you submit deals to Channel Partners Capital via API. Deal info and documents are submitted automatically, and the Account ID syncs back to MCA Pilot.
AI-Powered Features
AI Scan Criteria
Upload a funder's criteria sheet (PDF or image) and let our AI automatically extract and populate their requirements—FICO minimums, revenue requirements, restricted industries, position limits, and more. No more manual data entry from criteria PDFs.
AI Rename
Automatically rename bank statement files to a clean, standardized format: 2025-08_Chase_0518.pdf. The AI extracts the bank name, account number, and statement month so your files are organized and easy to identify at a glance.
File Management
Compress Statements
Reduce the file size of all your bank statement PDFs with one click. The system compresses each PDF and shows you the combined file size, warning you if you're still above the 18 MB email attachment limit.
Email Submissions
Funder-Specific Subject Prefixes
Some funders require a specific prefix in submission emails (like [CFG] or a broker code). You can now configure this per funder, and it'll automatically be added to every submission you send them.
