Connect Zoho to MCA Pilot

V
Written by Victor Fteha

Connect your Zoho application intake to MCA Pilot so merchant submissions create deals automatically, land in the right rep's pipeline, and run AI underwriting. Zoho is a supported intake path, and we build the connection and field mapping with you during onboarding, or anytime after through support. For the full workflow after a merchant submits, see Application forms.

Deals will not appear until our team activates your integration. Every application form has different fields, so our team builds a custom field mapping before submissions can create deals. Send us your Zoho details and we will confirm in chat as soon as the integration is live.

Before you start

We connect Zoho to MCA Pilot for you during onboarding. If Zoho is not connected yet, message support and we will set it up. Have this information ready:

  • A link to your application form in Zoho, or a note describing how your applications are captured in Zoho.

  • The field names your form or CRM collects, such as business name, monthly revenue, and owner contact details.

  • How many reps you have, so we can set up rep assignment.

Request your Zoho integration

Send the request to support and we build the connection for you:

  1. Message us through the blue chat icon in MCA Pilot or email [email protected]. Tell us you use Zoho and share your form link or setup details.

  2. Share the field names your form or CRM collects so we can map them to deal fields.

  3. We build the connection and field mapping, then confirm in chat when the integration is live.

Rep assignment

Deals that come in through Zoho are assigned to the right rep's pipeline automatically, without manual re-entry. Tell us how your reps should receive applications when you request the integration, and we set up assignment as part of the connection.

Files on the deal

File uploads such as bank statements, tax returns, and voided checks land on the deal, and AI underwriting and document verification run automatically. If files are missing or you need to confirm completeness, open the Underwrite tab and run AI Docs Check.

Test your first submission

Submit one test application and confirm the result before going live. Replaying a submission can create duplicate deals instead of updating the existing one.

  1. Submit a test application with realistic merchant data.

  2. Open MCA Pilot and confirm the deal appears.

  3. Confirm the deal is assigned to the expected rep.

  4. Confirm the business name, owner details, and monthly revenue match the submitted values.

  5. If the submission includes file uploads, confirm the files appear on the deal.

When a submission does not create a deal

Work through these checks when a Zoho submission produces no deal in MCA Pilot.

  1. Confirm our team has activated your integration. Submissions will not create deals before the field mapping is built and confirmed. Message us through the blue chat icon to check the status.

  2. Send us the submission details. If the integration is live and a submission still does not create a deal, message support with the merchant name and the time of the submission so we can check the connection.

When the deal appears with empty fields, send your current field names to support so we can update the mapping. To fix the existing deal, see Edit deal fields after an application form generates a deal.

After you change your Zoho form

Adding, renaming, or removing a field can stop that field from populating on new deals, even though the deal is still created. Tell support what you changed so we can verify the mapping. Mapping updates apply to future submissions only and do not backfill deals already created.
