Get leads by email? Forward them to your workspace's private intake address and MCA Pilot turns each one into a deal — fields extracted, documents attached, a rep assigned — and replies with a receipt containing the deal link. No spreadsheet, no data entry.
How it works
Forward a lead email to your workspace's intake address (we set this up for you — see below).
MCA Pilot reads the email — including forwarded content and attachments — and creates the deal: business info, owner details, and contact info are extracted automatically, and attached documents are classified onto the deal (bank statements to Statements, applications to the Application field, the rest to More Stips).
The deal is assigned to one of your reps, round-robin across the pool you choose at setup.
A receipt lands back in your inbox within moments: the deal link, an add-documents link you can use for anything that didn't come with the email, who it was assigned to, and any warnings.
Forwarding works however you already do it — a quick manual forward from your phone, or an automatic forwarding rule so leads from a provider flow in hands-free.
Turning it on
Message us in the chat bubble and we'll set up your workspace's intake address. Setup includes the choices that make it yours:
Who gets the deals — the reps in your round-robin pool.
Deal status — arrive as Lead or as New application.
Who may send — optionally lock the address to specific senders or domains; anything else is refused.
Setting up an automatic forwarding rule in Gmail or Outlook? The confirmation code your provider sends goes to the intake address — we'll relay it to you right away so you can complete the setup.
Good to know
Your address is private. It belongs to your workspace alone — treat it like a password and share it only with the people or systems that should be able to create deals.
One lead per email. Forward each lead as its own message.
Duplicates are handled. If the same email gets forwarded twice (say, by you and an auto-rule), the second copy is ignored. A freshly re-typed forward of the same lead is a new email, though — so it creates a new deal.
Signature clutter is ignored. Logos, banners, and signature images in the email don't become deal documents — only real attachments do.
Nothing gets lost. If an email can't be processed automatically, it's routed to a human instead of being dropped — the lead still reaches you.
Emails that arrive with bank statements attached behave like any other import: if auto-underwriting is on in your workspace, the deal is underwritten automatically after it's created.
Importing a whole batch instead of one-at-a-time leads? Use the bulk importer — it takes a full lead sheet plus a document package in one pass.
