Here's a quick video showing how to select funders from the Matched Funders and submit:

For choosing funders, you can either:
Set all the criteria points for each funder (easiest way is to use AI Scan Criteria) and then when you sub a deal, within that deal's Funder tab you'll see all the Qualified funders listed out for you to choose from
Assign each funder a paper grade like A Paper, B Paper, etc. and then when you sub a deal, within that deal's Funder tab you can filter all funders by paper grade
Assign each funder a custom tag (which you can create yourself) and then when you sub a deal, within that deal's Funder tab you can filter all funders by tag
When choosing funders, the easiest way to do it in bulk is by selecting the checkboxes on the left side (you can select multiple) and then clicking the green "Add to queue" button at the top left of the table. This will add all the selected funders to the Queue, so that when you click the green Submit button, they're loaded up into the Funders field.
So it's not as simple as just selecting a box/tier and all the funders under it being selected as a group. But we're working on making the submission process easier and more intuitive.
If a certain funder does not appear in the Qualified Funders table, but you believe it should, that means a required field is missing.
Either:
One of the deal's criteria fields (like industry, legal structure, FICO score, etc.) is blank. You can check within the deal under the Criteria tab. Make sure every field is filled out. If something is blank which you believe was filled out by the merchant, let us know and we'll double check your application form integration to make sure everything is coming through correctly.
Or, one of the funder's criteria fields is blank. You can check within the funder under the Criteria tab. Make sure every field is filled out. If the funder does not have a specific requirement for that criteria point, you can use a placeholder value. For minimums we like to use -9999999 and for maximums 9999999.
Once you've made sure that both the deal and funder criteria are filled out, then the funder should appear either in the "Qualified Funders" or "Unqualified Funders" funders tables.
If it's in the Filtered Out table, you can hover over that funder and click "Mismatch Reason" to display the reasons why it was not a good fit for this deal. The reasons will appear directly below the Unqualified Funders table.
