If the Submit button appears but is greyed out and won't respond when clicked, this is usually a temporary browser issue.
Reload the page
Try reloading the deal page:
Mac: Press
Cmd + RWindows: Press
Ctrl + R
This resolves most cases where the button becomes unresponsive.
Clear cache or try incognito
If reloading doesn't help:
Clear your browser cache and reload the page.
Or open the deal in an incognito/private window.
If the button is still greyed out after these steps, try creating a new deal and re-uploading your files as a temporary workaround.

If the button remains greyed out, contact support with:

The deal ID or name
Confirmation that you've tried reloading and clearing cache
Button appears active but nothing happens when clicked?
