Here's how to reach us:
Intercom Chat: The blue chat icon in the bottom-left of MCA Pilot or our website. This is the fastest option — we can see exactly what page you're on, so no back-and-forth needed.
Email: [email protected]. Feel free to CC teammates. No need to be formal — write like you're texting.
SMS: +1 833-610-4177 (texts only, no calls).
Your company's Slack: If you want support in your own Slack workspace, invite [email protected] to a channel and let us know through one of the above methods. We'll connect it to our support system.
A note on our AI assistant: When you reach out, our bot Fin will respond first. Don't skip past it—it resolves about 89.7% of issues. If it's not helping, just say "connect me to a human." Either way, I still see every conversation unless you mark it resolved.
One request = one new chat. Please don't reopen old threads with new issues—it makes things harder to track. Start a fresh chat for each question.
