In short, MCA Pilot focuses more on deal management than marketing.
We recommend pairing MCA Pilot with either Close.com or GoHighLevel. And we can build a custom integration with both.
Those platforms are ideal for storing leads and keeping track of communications with merchants ie. calling (including dialer), text, emails.
Basically everything you need to bring the app in.
β
MCA Pilot is specialized for deal management. Deals come in, get underwritten, are matched with funders, and funder responses are logged - all automatically.
Basically everything from when the app comes in all the way until funding, renewals, commissions, etc.
That said, we do also have features like Follow Ups which allows you to set up automated emails/texts to all deals in a certain status on a set schedule.
For example, you can set up a daily email to all deals in the Missing Documents status, listing all the documents that are missing and including a link for the merchant to upload these documents (upon which they come straight into MCA Pilot).
Another use case could be for Approved deals, to text the offer to merchants. Or if they rejected the offer / got declined by funders, you can ask the merchant to send over their new bank statement on the 1st of the month so you can get them a better offer.
Or you can email/text all deals that are up for renewal. Really any status-based automation you can think of, our Follow Ups supports it.
