Follow Ups allow you to set up automated emails/texts to all deals in a certain status, on a set schedule.
For example, you can set up a daily email to all deals in the Missing Documents status, listing all the documents that are missing and including a link for the merchant to upload these documents (upon which they come straight into MCA Pilot).
Another use case could be for Approved deals, to text the offer to merchants. Or if they rejected the offer / got declined by funders, you can ask the merchant to send over their new bank statement on the 1st of the month so you can get them a better offer.
Or you can email/text all deals that are up for renewal.
