Microsoft OAuth for AI Processing
Automated Follow Ups:
Choose deal status, write template with variables, set schedule, and watch.
Email/SMS messages will go out to all deals in those statuses, on your schedule.
Go to Settings > Follow Ups to set it up yourself or try our samples.
Track sent messages within any deal > Messages tab.
OpenPhone Integration:
Go to Settings > Senders to connect new SMS Account.
Required for OpenPhone: API Key, User ID, From Phone.
Microsoft OAuth for AI Processing:
Go to Settings > Senders to connect new Email Account.
Set type to Microsoft OAuth, save, and click "Sign in with Microsoft" button.
Note on AI Processing:
With the update to support Microsoft OAuth, we experienced a few bugs when matching incoming responses to submissions. If there are responses that were missed, we apologize for the inconvenience. We've fixed the issue as of 07/29/2025 and expect reliable performance going forward.
