If a rep can open Submit but the email-account dropdown is empty, they have not been added to that sender. An admin grants access from Settings > Senders by editing the sender’s Users field.
Empty sender dropdown
When the Submit button works but no email accounts appear in the dropdown, the rep is missing from the sender’s Users list.
That list controls who can send through the sender. Granting access is the fix below. If the rep also lacks Can submit deals, fix that permission first.
No email accounts in the dropdown during submit

The rep has not been added to the sender.
Go to Settings (rightmost page in the top bar; it may be under the three-line menu).
Open the Senders tab.
Hover over the sender the rep should use and click Edit.
In the pop-up, select the Users field and add the rep.
Click Confirm to save.
After you save, the rep should see that sender when they submit. For the full seat, deal visibility, and permission checklist, see How to Set Up Rep Access, Manager Visibility, and Sender Permissions.
Submit button is missing entirely
Submit button is missing entirely
Only users with Can submit deals see the Submit button. Missing sender access alone does not remove the button; it empties the email-account dropdown.
Have the rep click the profile icon in the bottom left and select View Profile.
Open the Permissions dropdown and look for Can submit deals.
If it is missing, the workspace owner must enable it.
For this permission check only, see How to access Submit Deals.
Sender access looks correct but mail still will not send

Access and connectivity are separate. If the rep is already on the sender’s Users list and the dropdown is not empty, a disconnected or unverified sender can still block delivery.
On the sender, confirm status shows Verified with a recent timestamp, or reconnect the account. See Reconnect your email sender.
Grant sender access
Add each rep who should submit from a sender to that sender’s Users field. Creating a sender does not automatically give every rep access.
Go to Settings.
Open the Senders tab.
Hover over the sender and click Edit.
Select the Users field and add the users who should send from this sender.
Click Confirm.
The Users field is the list of MCA Pilot users who can send email through that sender. You can also set it when you create a sender. For creating a sender and choosing a default, see Connect Your Email to MCA Pilot.
A short walkthrough of adding users on a sender is available here: grant sender access video.
What to check before you change access
Work through these in order when a rep cannot submit from email.
Can submit deals is enabled on the rep’s profile under Permissions.
The rep is listed in the sender’s Users field under Settings > Senders.
The sender status is Verified if mail still fails after the dropdown shows the account.
