Step 1: Login to Fundmore
Log in to your Fundmore account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Deals Section
Once logged in, click on the "New deal" button in the top right corner of the Deals page.
Step 3: Fill in the Deal Details
You'll be presented with a form to enter information about the new deal. Complete the following fields:
Basic Information
Company: Enter the company name
DBA: Enter the "Doing Business As" name (if applicable)
Connections
App and banks: Click the "+" button to connect banking apps
Application (for API): Click the "+" button to set up API connections
Deal Settings
Stage: Select the current stage of the deal from the dropdown
Owners: Assign team members who will manage this deal
Products sought: Select products (e.g., Working Capital)
Default status: Select the initial status (e.g., Clean File)
Visibility Settings
Visibility: Choose between:
Private: Only Admins, Originators of this deal, or Closers on this deal can access it
Public: Everyone in your workspace will have access to this deal
Team Assignment
Originators: Select the users who own this deal and can reassign it
Primary Originator: Select the user who gets credit for this deal on the leaderboard
Closers: Add additional users who can access this deal
Additional Information
EIN: Enter the Employer Identification Number
Start date: Select the deal start date
Business address: Complete all address fields:
Street
Suite / Apt. / Building
City
State / Region
Step 4: Save the Deal
After filling in all the required information, click the "Save" button to create the new deal.
