How to add commissions to an Advance

This guide will walk you through the steps how you can add payments

Accessing the Advances Section

  1. Start by navigating to the left sidebar menu in your Fundmore dashboard

  2. Click on the "Advances" option to view all your current advances

  3. The Advances page displays a table with all your funding deals, including details such as:

    • Deal name

    • Funder information

    • Amount

    • Status (most showing as "on track")

    • Paid in percentage

    • Originators (such as Victor Fleha)

    • Closers

    • Funding dates

Auto Add Payouts

For efficient payment management:

  1. Click the "Auto add payouts" button

  2. This feature automatically adds commission and fee payments for the advance

  3. It also handles distributions according to payment splits if applicable

  4. Click "Confirm" to enable automatic payout handling

Adding a Commission Payment

To add a commission payment to an advance:

  1. Find the advance you want to add a commission to (e.g., Mercury Advance Partners)

  2. Click the "Add payment" button in the toolbar above the table

  3. In the "Add payment" modal that appears:

    • Enter the commission amount in the Amount field

    • Set the Expected date (defaults to current date - 3/24/2025)

    • Select the payment Type (choose "commission" from the radio button options)

    • Configure Payment splits if applicable using the dropdown menu

  4. Click the "Confirm" button to add the commission payment

  5. Once confirmed, the payment will appear in the Payments tab where you can track and manage it.
