You can export your deals with contact details (names, emails, phone numbers) and import new deals using CSV files. This guide shows you how to export, merge data from multiple tables, and use the CSV import template.
Exporting Deals with Contact Information
The Deals table includes contact details like company name, owner name, email, and phone numbers. The Offers table includes offer-specific data like rates, terms, and funding amounts.
Go to Deals in your MCA Pilot dashboard.
Apply any filters you need (e.g., status, date range, or deal name).
Click the Export button in the toolbar to download a CSV with all deal columns, including contact information.
The Deals export includes company name, owner name, phone, email, and other deal details. All columns are exported automatically.
Exporting and Merging Offers Data
If you need both contact information and offer details (rate, term, funding amount), export both tables and merge them:
Export the Deals table (follow steps above).
Go to the Offers tab.
Click Export to download the Offers CSV.
Merge the two files in Excel or Google Sheets using the Deal ID column (the "id" column in Deals matches "Deal ID" in Offers).
The Offers table export does not include contact details—only offer-specific data. Use the Deal ID to match records between the two exports.
Importing Deals via CSV
You can bulk import deals using a CSV file. The import creates new deals but does not automatically add submissions, offers, or funding details—those must be added manually after import.
Prepare your CSV file with at least a "Company" column (other columns are optional).
Go to Deals and click the Import button (or access via direct link).
Upload your CSV file.
Test with one deal first to confirm it imports correctly before uploading the full file.
Owner fields and funding details are not supported in bulk imports. You'll need to set these manually after importing deals.

What Cannot Be Imported
The CSV import only creates basic deal records. The following must be added manually after import:
Submissions to lenders
Offers and approvals
Funding details and advances
Bank statements
Deal owner assignments
For instructions on adding funded deals after import, see How to Add Previous Funded Deals.
