You can connect your Microsoft email for AI processing using OAuth. Here's the steps how to do it:
First, go to Settings > Senders, create a new email account. Make sure you select the type Microsoft OAuth.
After saving the email account, hover over it and click the sign in with Microsoft button.
It'll say verified and then you're good to go. Every 5 minutes, it'll pull for new responses and they'll get auto synced into MCA Pilot.
Note:
Incoming responses are matched against your funders based on the funder domains. If any funder responds from a different domain than the domain that you submit to, you'll have to add the domain they respond from as an additional domain. For example, if you submit to ev-bf.com but they respond from everestbusinessfunding.com, then on your everest funder under the Submission Method tab, you'll just add an additional domain of everestbusinessfunding.com.
