How do I give access to reps to submit from an email account sender? When my rep tries to submit, there are no email accounts in the dropdown.

Are your reps unable to submit from the Sender you created? Is the email not popping up in the Sender dropdown when they try to submit?

This is likely because you didn't give your rep access when creating that Sender.

And here are the instructions written out:

  1. Go to Settings (the rightmost page in the topbar, sometimes collapsed in the three lines icon).

  2. Within Settings, switch to the Senders tab.

  3. Hover your mouse over the Sender you'd like to give access to.

  4. Click the "Edit" button.

  5. In the pop-up that appears, select the "Users" field and add any Users to let them send from this Sender.

  6. Hit "Confirm" at the bottom to save changes.
